1. Program Description

The Leaving Policing Roadmap is an online program designed to help law enforcement officers plan and execute a transition out of policing. The Program may include video lessons, worksheets, templates, digital downloads, coaching calls, email support, or other materials, as specified on the purchase page.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing the Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this Agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full or through any payment plan offered at the time of purchase.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by the value of the Leaving Policing Roadmap. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and provide proof of participation (such as completed worksheets or a demonstration that you attempted to implement the Program content).

No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period.

8. Disclaimers

The Program is for educational and informational purposes only. Survive Policing, LLC does not guarantee any specific outcomes or employment results. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions based on the Program content.

We are not providing financial, legal, or psychological advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Survive Policing, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Program.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Program at our discretion if you violate this Agreement. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund if the termination occurs after the 30-day refund period.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
